Stanbury Wallets are meticulously crafted using 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and feature a U.S.-patented mechanism, designed for optimal functionality and durability. Many of our wallets also include added leather pockets for convenience and style.
Under our Lifetime Warranty, we cover:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Mechanical failure of the patented mechanism
This warranty does not cover:
• Lost, stolen, or discarded wallets
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, or discoloration
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs
• Alterations, tampering, or unauthorized modifications (tampering will void the warranty)
If the wallet is opened, tampered with, or altered in any way, the warranty will be voided.
Accessories & Leather Components
Leather components and accessories are covered for manufacturing defects. However, cosmetic wear and tear, including scuffs, discoloration, or scratches, are not covered.
Exclusive First Responder Wallets
To ensure secure purchases and accountability, all First Responder Wallets are equipped with a unique laser-engraved serial number that identifies the original buyer.
• Strict Delivery Policy: First Responder Wallets ordered online or by phone will only be shipped to the station or department where the first responder is assigned.
• Enhanced Security: This measure ensures safe and controlled access to these specialized wallets.
Warranty Limitations
Stanbury reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if:
• The claim is found to be fraudulent.
• The product was purchased before the implementation of our Lifetime Warranty.
• The wallet was purchased from an unauthorized seller (e.g., unverified marketplaces or resellers).
If your Stanbury product qualifies for a replacement, we will provide a product of the same material and color as your original purchase. If the exact model is unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be offered.

Each First Responder Wallet has a laser-engraved serial number. Orders for these wallets are shipped only to the assigned station or department, ensuring secure and authorized delivery.
Do I need to register my warranty?
No, our Lifetime Warranty is automatically included with every purchase. However, we recommend keeping your order details for faster claim processing.
What if I received my wallet as a gift?
If you don’t have the order number, provide the full name of the gift giver. Your wallet will still be covered, and we can verify authenticity with a photo.
How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. This timeline may vary during high-demand periods or if additional information is needed.
